The Portway Arundel Stove has been developed with aesthetics, efficiency and flexibility in mind. This strong steel bodied stoves robust looks with a very large viewing window not like most small stovesThe Portway Arundel wood burner has a heat output of 5kW and an efficiency of 83.1% allowing it to be both cost effective and heat efficient. The Arundel is suitable for use in Smoke Control Areas, as recommended by DEFRA.

Please note the Flavel Arundel wood burner stove has a 5 inch (125mm) outlet.

When using your solid fuel stove, it is vital that all appliances undergo a period of burning in. This involves building small fires initially and gradually increasing the size with each firing.

This will ensure that your cast iron stove anneals and will not crack with the thermal shock experienced when first used. If this process is adhered to, you should experience years of trouble free, enjoyable use.

Stove Deliveries:

These solid fuel stoves are delivered on a pallet via a haulage company. Deliveries are between the hours 8.00am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and if you live in Scotland or the Highlands please allow an extra 2 to 3 working days from the estimated delivery times qouted. We are sorry to advise we can not give a specific delivery time and someone must be there to sign for and check the delivery.
