Medium-density rope is our preferred choice for stoves due to its firmness and durability. Our observations are that the soft rope utilized by others is too spring-like, and it can be stretched to twice its original length due to its lack of substance. Rope and adhesives are produced exclusively in the UK.

10mm Stove Rope Specification:

• Supplied per metre, just add quantity and we will cut to length for you.
• Rope Thickness – 10 mm
• Stove rope heat resistant end tape
• Fitting instruction card
• Rope Glue – If you require adhesive please add this from the drop down above.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you plan on purchasing more than 3 meters, we suggest purchasing additional adhesive.

How to Install Stove Rope:

• Step 1 : Measure the old ropes diameter or the grove it sits in, your stove manual should also specify the size required for your stove.
• Step 2 : Choose a medium density rope in the correct diameter for your application.
• Step 3 : Clean the channel, apply specialized fire rope adhesive, press the new rope in firmly, and butt the ends together. Allow it to cure before use.
