Mi Flash 300mm to 450mm Size 3 Silicone Flashing HI-TEMP

Made of SILICONE, these flashings are compounded specifically for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light.

Suitable for tiled roofs and is temperature resistance -74C to 225C

Mi Flash 300mm to 450mm Size 3 Silicone Flashing HI-TEMP Features:

• Size -300mm to 450mm (8 to 10 3/4 inch)




• Base size – Aluminium 800mm x 800mm




• Pipe external 300 – 450mm




• Max temp 225C




• Roof Pitch – 0-45 Degrees

Installation Guide:

• Pull tab design to correct size using pliers, alternatively cut using a stanley knife




• Apply silicone sealant to back of flashing




• Remove tiles around pipe and slide flashing over pipe




• Apply sealant (contained in the Fixing Kit)




• Fasten Flashing to the roof




• Cut tile to fit to the top of the Flashing allowing the bottom of the flashing metal base to sit on top of the tiles.
