Made of SILICONE, these flashings are compounded specifically for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light.

Suitable for profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces and is temperature resistance -74C to 225C

• Size -6mm to 102mm (1/4 to 4 inch)
• Base size – 203mm x 203mm
• Pipe external 6 – 100mm
• Max temp 225C
• Roof Pitch – 0-45

Installation Guide:

• Choose pipe opening and trim using a Stanley knife or scissors
• Slide flashing over pipe (you may need to lubricate the flashing with some grease)
• Form the flashing to the same profile as the roof
• Apply sealant (contained in the Fixing Kit)
• PE-RT outer layer
• Standard Fixing kit is not included, for this flashing 1 kit is required
