The Potterton Gold GOLD12 12kW Electric Boiler provides heat for a wet central heating system without gas, oil, a flue or a fuel-storage tank. Its tall and slim design makes it a practical option when installation space is limited.

This electric heat-only boiler works with standard radiators. In addition, it can operate in either a sealed or open-vented heating system with suitable external controls and safety components.

Please note: Product code 94022007 is the radiator version. It is not the dedicated underfloor-heating model. Potterton lists a separate 12kW underfloor boiler under product code 94022107.

Powerful Electric Wet Central Heating

The GOLD12 produces a maximum rated heat output of 12kW at 240V. Therefore, it can provide an electric heating solution for properties with a suitable calculated heat demand.

However, property size alone cannot determine the correct boiler output. Insulation, glazing, construction, room sizes and local temperatures all affect heat loss.

Heat-Only Electric Boiler

The Potterton GOLD12 heats water as it circulates through the boiler. The heating system then sends this heated water through radiators to warm the property.
