Mi Flash 80mm to 200mm Size 1 EPDM LOW-TEMP

Made of SILICONE, these flashings are compounded specifically for maximum resistance to weathering due to ozone and ultraviolet light.

Suitable for tiled roofs and is temperature resistance -55C to 100C

Mi Flash 80mm to 200mm Size 1 EPDM LOW-TEMP Features:

• Size -80mm to 200mm (3 1/4 to 8 inch)
• Base size – Aluminium 605mm x 605mm
• Pipe external 80 – 200mm
• Max temp 100C
• Roof Pitch – 20-45 Degrees

Installation Guide:

• Pull tab design to correct size using pliers, alternatively cut using a stanley knife
• Apply silicone sealant to back of flashing
• Remove tiles around pipe and slide flashing over pipe
• Apply sealant (contained in the Fixing Kit)
• Fasten Flashing to the roof
• Cut tile to fit to the top of the Flashing allowing the bottom of the flashing metal base to sit on top of the tiles.
