Excellent PAC. Our bedroom faces south and down here in Kent 20°+ and high humidity in the summer months overnight makes sleeping difficult. This PAC is excellent at reducing the humidity and temperature. It isn’t silent, but no air conditioner is. The ‘silent’ refers to a mode on the control panel which reduces the fan speed, the compressor stays at the same noise level, louder than a fan, but sounds like a small fridge when its running. Tolerable in the hot nights. I would recommend this PAC. SNH were excellent as well. Kept me informed and the unit arrived on time, at a very good price. Very Happy.
